This is a sponsored newsletter issue by my good Brazilian direct response friend.
In my last newsletter issue I showed you this insane ad:

As you can see it's absolutely insane.
And somehow it's running... While OUR compliant ads gets zucced.
But the craziest thing is...
This is far from the worst you'll discover on META.
As you may or may not know the Brazilians came into direct response about 2 years ago.
And they TOOK the market by STORM.
Running the most insane VSLs, quite blackhat, with deepfakes of celebrities.
Some direct response groups ran upwards of US$1m - US$2m per DAY.
And many of their affiliates hit US$100k - US$200k per DAY.
That's not a type.
Of course, a few of them got caught and are under investigation.
Now listen, I'm no judge or judicator.
I'm reporting what I know.
And although I didn't promote or affiliate them myself.
I think it's interesting to at least study how they did it.
After all, Brazil isn't the friendliest place for the poor.
Oftentimes their choice is dealing drugs, be a bum... Or run celeb deepfakes.
Put in that situation... What would you do?
Drugs, favelas or deepfakes?
Anyways enough philosophical chatter.
The real question is how did the affiliates and vendors pull it off?
First is a bulletproof setup with agency ad accounts.
Without it you can't run.
Message me on Telegram @zhihao2k for whitelisted Brazilian agency ad accounts.
Then the second part which contributed to their massive success...
Is elite direct response copywriting, with some moral flexibility.
Here's how:
I met the "top guy" who started this whole Brazilian movement in Barcelona.
He's actually very nice, was always willing to help me out via DMs and he's got a cool story.
What he told me was his hiring process to push out crazy volume.
They basically have an office.
Floor full of direct response copywriters.
With a small fixed salary, but a very generous profit share.
It was cool to see, some boiler room type deal you would see from the Wolf Of Wall Street.
During this time a few copywriting "superstars" got created and they became a millionaire alongside the vendors.
And final part of the equation.
Was the affiliates.
So it was shared to me that the deepfakes weren't actually being created by the vendors.
I don't know if this is the truth or not, or partially true, but whatever.
So what they'd do is take the skeleton of the VSL, and give it to affiliates to modify and improve.
Each affiliate would steal the VSL of the previous affiliate, and that way they would make it better and better, crazier and crazier.
Until you have the most frankenstein VSL ever.
Anyways, if you want my connect for agency ad accounts here's the deal in the words of our good friend:
Whitelisted Agency Accounts. These are pre warmed, on Meta, TikTok, Kwai and MGID. And let me be honest with you about one thing. Everybody sells you “whitelist.” Most of it is bullshit, they are just regular accounts. We have real whitelist, but only for a few specific niches. If yours is one of them, we’ll tell you straight. If it’s not, we’ll tell you that too, instead of pushing you a normal account and pretending it’s special.
The Warm Up. We heat the account with live spend before it ever reaches you. This is what kills the instant ban that drops 9 out of 10 fresh accounts on the first send.
Priority Replacement. Account goes down? You don’t wait in line. You jump straight to the front. Because every hour your account is down, neither of us is making money.
The Spy. Real competitive intelligence. Knowing, with actual data, who’s genuinely scaling and who’s just making noise. So you model the people printing instead of copying the ones quietly dying.
I will say that this only makes sense if you are intermediate level. Meaning you need to spend at least US$100k per month.
But his spy service is pretty damn solid too. Which anyone can benefit from.
I needed some intel into how much certain offers and ad accounts were spending.
And he delivered a full report of all their ads and spend in a couple of days for the offer.
Realised they weren't doing nearly as well as I hoped.
I hope you enjoyed this newsletter issue and a look behind the curtains.
In my next newsletter issue I'll discuss a fun topic, something I like to call the Great Creative Shortage.
And you'll get my perspective as someone who hired creative strategists, copywriters and spend more than 6-figures in salaries per month on them.
Much love xx,
Zhihao Huang
