Welcome to another slice of life letter.
I recently drove to Warsaw, for a quick meetup with friends.
And to sort some admin stuff.
As you may or may not know I tried living in Warsaw for 4-5 months.
I was actually early to the "trend" - now I see and hear everyone moving there.
Kind of crazy because people used to question me for visiting and living in Poland that much.
I will say, I absolutely hated it due to the FREEZING cold weather and the horrible darkness during winter.
I know - I picked the worst time.
However, I think it's still an amazing city.
And better as a tourist.
There are quite a few day to day inconveniences that would make it a no go to live long term I think.
First is the 4-5 months of cold and darkness. The whole of winter, and half of autumn is dead.
Second point. Rent for some reason got insanely expensive, I was paying 7,000 USD per month for a 2 bedroom.
It did look nice, you can see it on my IG. But DAMN. I got finessed forsure.
Third point. And this IS a temporary problem.
But the city centre has been in damn construction for the past 3 years.
They are STILL not finished.
In fact, driving this time in Warsaw city centre was a nightmare.
I heard from some Polish friends it's taking a while because they are discovering bombs from World War 2.
Apparently some lady was stuck in her building while they were excavating these old relics.
Pretty nuts.
That's why it's taking so long...
Finally, the tax situation there is terrible, you are an automatic tax resident in 6 months or something and it's ass.
So I think Warsaw is great to visit, especially in Spring and Summer.
But looking back I wouldn't pick it as a homebase.
I'd much prefer a city in the Balkans.
Bucharest, Sofia, maybe Belgrade.
And for central Europe I'd pick Prague over Warsaw.
Sad news though. 2 of my go to spots, Inspector Lounge and Stixx bar closed down permanently. Heartbroken.
But my favourite Chinese restaurant there Panska 85, is still open.
Very famous for their roasted duck.
So hit it when you're in town.
As for a Sisha lounge go to EWNS.
They opened a new location too in Mokotow, so that's dope.
I felt like I threw too much dirt at Warsaw now.
So I have to drop something positive.
I think it's a crazy good hub.
Now it's taking off in popularity, and a LOT of entrepreneurs are moving there.
There are tons of guys doing internet marketing, affiliate, crypto and onlyfans managers.
And I had the dope opportunity to sit down with one onlyfans manager.
The way he found me was hilarious, he moved into my former apartment.
And recognised it on my Instagram story. After he saw an ad of mine.
These onlyfans managers are funny man, the business isn't too different from direct response.
It's all about frontend acquisition and LTVmaxxing the gooners.
Anyways, that was my short trip in Warsaw.
For now I'll chill in Prague some more, before heading to Budapest to meet some friends.
And then it's off to Dubai or Hong Kong to skip the European winter.
In the next email newsletter I plan to discuss the SCANDALOUS ads running right now on META.

And how these guys get away with it...
While YOUR super compliant ads get NUKED by the zucc.
Much love xx

P.S. I've been enjoying the workshops a lot and it seems many of you do enjoy it too. That's why I've been considering opening a low ticket skool group. $49-$99 per month.
Where I'll just do digital "fireside" chats, hotseats, workshops, inperson events etc... And also allow you all to affiliate my offers. Faceless and personal.
I don't really like high ticket for my personal brand because it puts too much work and responsibility for me. I like things automated and relaxed.
But I still need a backend for all the frontends I plan to run.
My thoughts on it is this, it's going to be pretty nice because backend selling is going to be automated. Plugs in well with my frontend.
The cons. It's going to be a pain in the ass because it's so cheap, a lot of dumbasses will join, churn will be a pain. It's not optimal LTV wise because of the low pricing.
But I'd rather focus on pushing more direct response frontends than sales on backend.
The pros might outweigh the cons.
I figured this might be a way to do it. What do you think?
