This Privacy Policy explains how Notority Publishing LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our websites (including zhihaohuang.com and our sales and checkout pages), subscribe to our newsletter, or buy one of our digital products.

Information you give us
Your name and email address, for example when you subscribe, opt in or buy something.
Your phone number, if you choose to give it to us.
Order details, such as what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
Anything you send us when you email or text our support.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as ClickFunnels, Stripe and Whop. They collect and store your card details under their own privacy policies. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our pages we and our service providers may collect usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links and the time and date of your visit. We do this with cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) and similar advertising and analytics tools. They help us measure how well our ads work, understand which pages people visit and buy from, and show our ads to people who may be interested in them. These tools may set cookies and send information about your visit (for example, that you viewed a page or made a purchase) to the advertising platform.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of our pages from working properly.
Our newsletter is sent using beehiiv. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send you the newsletter and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. beehiiv may collect information such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link.
We use your information to:
deliver the products you buy and give you access to them;
process payments and refunds;
send you the newsletter and, where allowed, marketing emails or messages;
answer your questions and provide support;
measure and improve our ads, pages and products;
prevent fraud and abuse; and
meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
website and funnel hosting (for example beehiiv and ClickFunnels);
email delivery (for example beehiiv);
payment processing (for example Stripe, ClickFunnels and Whop);
analytics; and
advertising platforms (for example Meta).
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us or as described in their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. For example, we keep your subscription details for as long as you stay subscribed, and order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
ask us to correct or delete it;
object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent;
opt out of marketing at any time; and
complain to your local data protection authority.

Our websites and products are not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
