I’m looking to hire a new direct response copywriter.
The lowest kind of human scum to join my team.
You’ll be working to support your team members and helping them grow their advertising campaigns:
Ms. Valerie: Taiwanese-American copywriter, digital nomad (30+ countries and counting)… and into email lists / funnel backends.
In her free time, yoga enthusiast, and baking pounds of organic grass-fed butter.
Now about your second team member…
Mr. Noah: french copywriter, sommelier, 22-year old international playboy, university dropout, no degree, grew up in the beautiful vineyards of Normandy.
Got into copywriting after binge watching Mad Men.
Dreams of changing French politics through the written word.
Last but not least…
A word about myself:
My name is Zhihao Huang.
At 18 I was kicked out by my own parents.
And by 23 I made my first million dollars using copywriting and advertising.
Turning 1 dollar into 2.
2 dollars into 4.
4 dollars into 8 and so on…
I’m NOT saying this to impress or gain sympathy from you.
BUT to IMPRESS UPON YOU what is possible.
The power of the written word is the most powerful of all.
It can move nations, change history and put fistfuls of cash into your pocket.
And if you are the hardworking talent that I’m looking for…
… With a somewhat skewed moral compass and a few screws loose in the head.
Then that is the power I want to teach you.
Along with a base monthly salary and a most handsome profit share…
In fact.
The highest profit share I’ve paid to someone is 164,702.46 UNITED STATES DOLLARS in a SINGLE MONTH.
So who am I looking for to join my rag tag crew?
Let me start by saying this.
I don’t care if you have a college degree, high school degree or if you can even speak proper English.
In fact, Noah is French.
And if you know the French, just hearing them speak English or reading their strung up sentences gives me a brain aneurism.
Yet, he has a brilliant mind for creative angles. And an even better work ethic.
I also don’t care about your politics, ethnicity, day to day lifestyle, where your from, how you grew up or any of that.
Here are my non negotiables:
An understanding of direct response marketing.
The right attitude, AKA being coachable.
Punctuality. Able to meet deadlines.
A passion for writing, you’ll be writing a thousand to three thousand words per day.
A love for research and study. Can’t cut it in this industry if you’re not a curious person.
This is a REMOTE job where you choose your own hours. I don’t care how many hours you work or how little hours you work. Nor do I care if you get things done in a stripclub or in an office. As long as the work gets done.
Communication is a top priority. If you can’t engage with the team or share your thoughts, this isn’t for you. I need someone who’s hungry and proactive to learn and share ideas.
If you fulfil these non negotiables…
I will hire you, pay you and train you to become a money making machine.
This is what your day to day will look like:
Morning: Write 5 ads + design 5 creatives.
Noon: Study some advertising.
Afternoon: Write emails, product pages, editorials, eBooks, upsells, backend promotions etc…
What you will get:
4500 USD per month.
% profit share based on your work.
1-on-1 coaching with a prodigious marketer (me)
Work together with an elite team (Noah and Valerie)
And probably the most exciting point for true marketers: your ads will be tested on with thousands of dollars per day.
Here’s what to do next:

Fill it in to the best of your abilities.
Step 1: Application
Here’s what happens after:
If I like your application I will send you a message on Telegram or WhatsApp detailing a simple pre-screening test.
Step 2: Pre-screening test
Where you will write 3 Facebook ads for an offer.
If these 3 Facebook ads are good. I will run give or take 450 USD to 1500 USD to it as a test.
If you don’t lose money, you pass the pre-screening test.
Step 3: Quick interview / call.
We will then book a quick call.
Step 4: Reference check.
After the call I’ll check 2 of your references.
If you cannot provide any references, you’re automatically disqualified.
Step 5: Call with current team member.
You’ll have a call with one of the current team members
Step 6: A simple one to two week paid trial.
Last but not least, you will work on a paid trial for one or two weeks. The goal is again to simply break-even on the advertising.
More importantly, check how you work with us and if you fit within the team environment.
Step 7: Present an idea, offer, you want to execute to the team that will increase our profit.
I want to gauge a few things…
Your “eye“ for opportunity and how sharp you are.
How much can you see into the market.
How you think.
And if you pass step 7…
Then congratulations! You’re hired. Now the torture camp starts!
I’m by no means an easy person to work with.
I have extremely high standards for myself when it comes to performance…
Some say toxic.
